Description
Hypafix® (4209) is a premium, non-woven, conformable retention tape designed to securely fix dressings, catheters, and medical tubing—without limiting patient movement. Made from soft, stretchable polyester, it adapts easily to body contours, making it especially effective over joints and other hard-to-dress areas.
Its hypoallergenic polyacrylate adhesive provides reliable hold while remaining gentle on the skin, helping reduce irritation and trauma during removal. The breathable, water- and air-permeable structure supports skin health by minimizing maceration. Hypafix® is also radiolucent, allowing it to remain in place during X-ray examinations.
